Story[]
After Tribal Council, a group of people who had worked with Hannah and Jake the previous round had decided to form an alliance. Andrew, Cornelius, Daniel, and Jon became the Loxoleos. In addition, DeShawn joined their tribe to replace Toby.
The Njovu tribe began to become frustrated, especially once the immunity challenge began. Jon and Andrew were very vocal about how upset they were.
On Mkango, they were elated to find they were leading in immunity by a long shot. However, just because things were bubbly on the surface does not mean everything was great. Austin began to feel uneasy about the future of the game as one of his closest allies was definitely closer to a member of the opposing tribe, so the dilemma arrived of what he would have to do to benefit his own game.
Mkango ended up winning immunity and being very celebratory about it. Once again, Njovu was sent to Tribal Council.
The remaining Kambukus wanted their newest member DeShawn eliminated, whereas the Loxoleos began to conspire to take out Hannah. However, Jon began to doubt Cornelius. In the end, his doubts were right, and he and DeShawn were both blindsided as DeShawn became the fifth person voted out in a 5-1-1 vote.

Trivia[]
- This episode title came from Asa in a confessional talking about how great the Mkango tribe was.
- This is the first Tribal Council where more than two people received votes.
- This is the first episode where someone who wasn't a member of original Kambuku was voted out.
- Counting the fact DeShawn was on Kambuku beach for one round, this would make They're My Last Hope the first episode where the person voted out was not from Kambuku.
